 2. subcontract： 转包合同

 e.g. Market will be set up to allow farmers to subcontract , lease , exchange and swap their rights to use the land.

 3. collectively 全体地，共同地； collective 集体的

Rual land in chia is collectily owned by villages and farmers only have the right to use the land under 30-year lease.
