1. RBDT - 1规则决策树生成技术

RBDT - 1是一种新的基于规则的决策树生成技术,它主要涉及属性选择、决策树构建、规则修剪等步骤。

1.1 属性选择
  • 属性适用性得分(AA) :通过特定公式计算每个属性的AA得分,得分最高的属性被选为合适属性。当规则子集的分类决策对应一个类别时,$AA(a_j, i)$ 等于0,表明到达叶节点;当 $s$ 等于2或者ADS列表中的某个属性的ADS得分等于MaxADS值时,$AA(a_j, i)$ 等于1,意味着只需一个额外节点就能到达叶节点;否则,$AA(a_j, i)$ 等于1加上ADS列表中属性的ADS得分与MaxADS值的差值,表明到达叶节点需要多个节点。
  • 最小价值分布(MVD) :当多个属性获得最高AA得分时,MVD标准会选择当前规则中值数量最少的属性,以此来最小化树的大小。计算公式为 $MVD(a_j) = |\bigcup_{i \leq m} V_{ij}|$,其中 $|X|$ 表示集合 $X$ 的基数。若多个属性的MVD得分最低,则可随机选择其中一个作为合适属性。
1.2 构建决策树

决策树构建过程基于当前规则集CR选择分配给每个节点的合适属性。CR1是满足从根节点到当前节点路径上属性值组合的决策规则子集。从每个节点根据CR中对应属性的可用值数量拉出多个分支,每个分支关联一个简化规则集RR,RR是满足对应属性值的CR子集。
- 如果RR为空,则返回一个节点,其值为整个规则集中最频繁的类别。
