理解spec：运算放大器的Gain Bandwidth Product与Bode Plot

Gain Bandwidth Product (GBWP)

GBWP是指运放的带宽吗？不是，但GBWP又能反映出运放的带宽高低。

我们来看下GBWP的定义，来自于Microchip AN723：

The Gain Bandwidth Product (GBWP) of an amplifier is the product of the amplifier open loop gain times the frequency at any point in the frequency range where the amplifier response is attenuating at a rate of 20dB per decade of frequency.

英文单词“product”在这里翻译为“乘积”的意思，也就是GBWP表示的是开环增益（open loop gain）与频率的乘积。而且，开环增益从某点开始，是一条以“每10倍频率下降20dB增益”的曲线。

那么，运放开环增益到底什么样？我们画这条曲线，要用到Bode Plot（波特图）。
