再一次手工对11g数据库手工建库时报错

SQL> startup nomount pfile=?/dbs/initprod.ora
ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

查看告警日志如下：

WARNING: You are trying to use the MEMORY_TARGET feature. This feature requires the /dev/shm file system to be mounted for at least 5242880
00 bytes. /dev/shm is either not mounted or is mounted with available space less than this size. Please fix this so that MEMORY_TARGET can
work as expected. Current available is 460648448 and used is 0 bytes. Ensure that the mount point is /dev/shm for this directory.
memory_target needs larger /dev/shm

显示是tmpfs文件过小，MEMORY_TARGET 参数要小于等于tmpfs的大小，后来修改tmpfs解决问题！

[root@ora11g ~]# vi /etc/fstab

[root@ora11g ~]# mount -o remount /dev/shm

[root@ora11g ~]# df -h
