PPC Phone上有关电话的一些操作（太懒，没整理）

有些代码，没有去整理。

就是一些有关通话记录的操作和调用系统plat打电话的一些操作。

基本资料如下

Structure	Description
CALLLOGENTRY	Contains the information retrieved for a specific call log entry.
PHONEMAKECALLINFO	Contains the information required to make a phone call.

Function	PPC	SP	Description
PhoneCloseCallLog	X	X	Closes the call log.
PhoneGetCallLogEntry	X	X	Returns the information for the specified call log entry and then advances the seek pointer to the next entry in the call log.
PhoneMakeCall	X	X	Dials the specified phone number.
PhoneOpenCallLog	X	X	Opens the call log and sets the seek pointer to start searching from the beginning of the log.
PhoneSeekCallLog	X	X	Initiates a search that ends at a given entry in a call log.

Enumeration	Description
CALLERIDTYPE (SP + PPC)	Specifies the caller ID type.
CALLLOGSEEK (SP + PPC)	Specifies the location within the call log where a search will begin.
IOM (SP + PPC)	Specifies the caller ID type.
