Ubuntu Commands

1,To uninstall software:

dpkg --list | grep -i

to find out the name of the software you want to uninstall.

sudo dpkg -r

to uninstall the software.

Other ways to uninstall softwares:

one:

sudo apt-get remove software
sudo apt-get purge software
sudo apt-get autoremove

two:

sudo apt-get autoremove purge xxxxx

cleaning the configuration information while uninstalling the software.
