why not better than her for English?

Yestaday evening,I had a chat with my cousin whom I had not keep touch with for  a long time.She is one daughter of my smallest uncle.She is working in Guangdong province.we chated in English.Her english is very very good.I cound not express a simple and normally sentences,such as “春节什么时候放假呀？”,”什么时候下班?” and so on,but she could write and express those that she wanted to say very fast and  well.I felt very ashamed,because she only graduates from a high school,but I am a university man.I chated with  her more than a hour.One words she said let me   be suddenly enlightened,it's “学习英语要溶入到生活中去!”.Though I have been studying English recently,I did not make much more progress.One very important reason is that I only  study English and   not  use English.So,I should put studying English into the corner of life.
Let's  listen,speak,write and read English.
