解决wget下载chatglm微调用数据集AdGen失败问题

在下载清华大学chatglm所使用的广告数据集AdGen时，采用以下指令，下载失败。

>wget -O AdGen.tar.gz https://cloud.tsinghua.edu.cn/f/b3f119a008264b1cabd1/?dl=1

zsh: no matches found: https://cloud.tsinghua.edu.cn/f/b3f119a008264b1cabd1/?dl=1

原因是链接中包含"?"符号，给链接加上双引号后，问题解决。
