oneway in aidl

The oneway keyword means that if that call results in an IPC (i.e. the caller and callee are in different processes) then the calling process will not wait for the called process to handle the IPC. If it does not result in an IPC (i.e. they're both in the same process), the call will be synchronous.

如果调用者与被调用者在一进程，他们会同步。，

如果他们不在一个进和，他们会异步，不相等待。

oneway只能针对某一个接口，不能直接定义方法。  方法必须是void类型的
