当创建或更新Party/Account时，DQMSerialSyncIndexProgram会自动提交。更新供应商地址时，此程序将自动启动并无法从SRS窗口隐藏，它是EBS应用程序的标准功能。
The DQM Serial Sync Index Program is automatically submitted once a Party/Account is created or updated.
When you update a supplier address, you will see an DQM Serial Sync Index Program is getting kicked off automatically. And this program can not be hided from the SRS window since it is a standard functionality of the EBS application.
