解决方法：

删除“EXTERNALLY-MANAGED”

sudo mv /usr/lib/python3.12/EXTERNALLY-MANAGED /usr/lib/python3.12/EXTERNALLY-MANAGED.bk

其中的“python3.12” 根据自己的版本号修改

python -V
