run_stats

1、作用: 比较2段代码的效率

2、使用举例

     set serveroutput on

     set autot off

     exec runstats_pkg.rs_start;

     第一段代码;

     exec runstats_pkg.rs_middle;

     第二段代码;

     exec runstats_pkg.rs_stop(threshold value);

3、注意:exec和代码之间的时间也会被计入前一段代码的时间。
