Failed to load implementation from: com.github.fommil.netlib.NativeSystemBLAS
原因是:java在用jni调度dll库,确不能发现依赖的netlib-native_system-win-x86_64.dll
解决方法:
1.下载dll库文件
csdn:http://download.youkuaiyun.com/detail/u201011221/9355487
baiduyun: http://pan.baidu.com/s/1jGO5waE
2.解压后文件目录加载到环境变量path
3.在开发工具(intell)的vm窗口加入参数:
-Dcom.github.fommil.netlib.BLAS=com.github.fommil.netlib.NativeRefBLAS
-Dcom.github.fommil.netlib.LAPACK=com.github.fommil.netlib.NativeRefLAPACK
-Dcom.github.fommil.netlib.ARPACK=com.github.fommil.netlib.NativeRefARPACK
-Dcom.github.fommil.netlib.NativeRefBLAS=E:\software\BLAS\netlib-native_ref-win-x86_64.so
-Dcom.github.fommil.netlib.NativeSystemBLAS.natives=E:\software\BLAS\netlib-native_system-win-x86_64.so
