用IDEA启动maven项目爆出下面这个警告

Some problems were encountered while building the effective model for cn.itcast:travel:war:1.0-SNAPSHOT
'build.plugins.plugin.version' for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin is missing. @ line 121, 			column 21
It is highly recommended to fix these problems because they threaten the stability of your build.
For this reason, future Maven versions might no longer support building such malformed projects.

解决办法
pox.xml文件中的下面这个配置中没有指明版本号!

<version>2.3.2</version>

            <!--jdk编译插件-->
            <plugin>
                <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
                <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
                <version>2.3.2</version>
                <configuration>
                    <source>1.8</source>
                    <target>1.8</target>
                    <encoding>utf-8</encoding>
                </configuration>
            </plugin>
