Once upon a time, there were two software companies that lived in peace. They were doing things together - one was selling the hardware and the operating system, the other was selling tools for designers that somehow were in love with the hardware slickness of the first one.

The names of these two friends were Apple and Adobe.

Things have started to change now. As their empires were living in the shadow of the evil count Dooku (a.k.a. microsoft) - they needed ways to make more money and to get more customers.

So they've started a fight - somehow against the popular saying that when 2 dogs are attacked by a wolf, they will cease their fight, ally and fight the wolf ...

Adobe has just released Lightroom - a tool for photo raw editing. A release with lots of echos in the industry.
Apple has released iLife (and especially iWeb) - trying to get some share of the web publishing market that Adobe is dominating.
I'm looking forward to what's gonna happen next. What do you think - will they be smart enough to ally against their real enemy?
