调试程序时，准备状态执行被阻塞。原因是在使用Oracle SQL Developer更新同一张表时导致表被锁定。
When I debug my program,the preparedstate execute is blocked .
The reason is I use Oracle SQL Developer to update the same table , so the table is locked.
