SpringBoot注入XSS和SQL非法参数过滤器

直接将自定义请求包装器 XssAndSqlHttpServletRequestWrapper.java 和自定义过滤器 XssAndSqlFilter.java 引入到项目中配置到可以扫描的路径下。拦截所有请求,校验参数中包含XSS和SQL的非法参数。
