今天在做SpringMVC文件上传的时候，看网上说需要在applicantContent.xml增加一段配置:

   <!-- 图片文件上传功能 -->
    <bean id="multipartResolver" class="org.springframework.web.multipart.commons.CommonsMultipartResolver">
    </bean>

增加了这一段代码之后，重新运行程序然后就报了这个错误，看来是没有导入相关的jar，在网上看是需要这两个jar

然后

现在我从网上将这两个jar下载下来，然后copy到lib并且buildpath，然后再去运行就不报错于是SpringMVC文件上传会用到这样的两个jar现在记录下来

这两个资源我也上传了，大家从http://download.youkuaiyun.com/download/datouniao1/10192741地址可以下载到这链两个jar
