亚马逊云计算免费一年被扣款

先用自己的招行卡，识别不了。是要用visa卡，我没有就用的家里人的。绑定上就会被扣1刀。

然后注册的时候选择类型，Basic Support，除了这个，其他的都要收费。程序员级别的好像是30刀每月。我是9月12号订的，收了17美元。

其次，那个信用卡绑上了就直接扣款了，也没让输入密码。

提交工单，选择电话，马上接打过来了010的电话，结果是外国人。跟他说了register today，but haven't subscribe any service，ask for refund。

1. Visit the Account Settings page: https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home#/account
2. Under "Manage AWS Support Plans," select "Click Here".
3. Click "Change Plan".
4. Choose "Basic Support" and click "Change Plan".

You will be automatically issued a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the month's Premium Support charges. Please be aware that if you have been signed up for AWS Technical Support for less than one month, you may be subject to a minimum fee. For details, please see our FAQ's here:

I’m sorry for any concern the 1 USD Authorization may have caused. When you update or add a new card, we contact your issuing bank for authorization to confirm that your credit card is valid, and hasn't been reported lost or stolen.
Rest assured, we don’t proceed with the charge; the authorization is a security measure we use to protect our customers.

The authorization should drop off of the account within a few business days, however, please keep in mind that some banks may hold those funds longer depending on their policies.
