convirt 是一个很不错的XEN等虚拟机的集中管理工具，基于Python开发。所以需要安装Python环境，这个直接使用YUM INSTALL PYTHON 即可
[b]一、下载convirt2.0[/b]
[b]1、使用YUM 方式安装convirt[/b]
yum install python
cd /etc/yum.repos.d
wget --no-cache http://www.convirture.com/repos/definitions/rhel/5.x/convirt.repo
yum install convirt convirt
[b]2、下载安装脚本[/b]
wget –no-cache http://www.convirture.com/downloads/convirt/2.0/convirt-install-2.0.tar.gz
[b]下载后运行convirt-install/install/cms/scripts/install_dependencies[/b]
在初始化的过程中最重要的一项是mysql的设置
Enter current password for root (enter for none):
由于测试机之前没有安装mysqld服务，是由convirt-install中的脚本来完成的，所以初始密码为空。
Set root password? [Y/n] y
[b]此处一定要设置mysql密码因为convirt初始化mysql时密码是写到程序中的,password要设置为”convirt”。[/b]

you haven’t set the root password yet, the password will be blank,
so you should just press enter here.

Setting the root password ensures that nobody can log into the MySQL
root user without the proper authorisation.

to log into MySQL without having to have a user account created for

ensures that someone cannot guess at the root password from the network.

convirt已经安装完成了，convirt日志，在这个过程中convirt会能过ssh-keygen 生成root用户的key文件，生成的这个key文件在以后的多服务器控制和VNC端口转发都会用到。
# ls
cms_id_rsa cms_id_rsa.pub
# pwd
/root/.ssh
[b]启动convirt服务[/b]
cd /root/convirt
./convirt-ctl start
使用netstat -nl我们应该看到8081端口，如果服务不能正常启动，在/root/convirt目录下有两个日志文件
# cat convirt.log
# cat paster.log
convirt.log中记录的是convirt程序的运行日志
paster.log向是一个http的acsess日志，convirt使用的是tg2env做为http服务。
# netstat -nlp
cp 0 0 10.0.121.8:8081 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 10053/python
convirt安装完毕
[b]访问http://IP:8081默认管理员admin密码admin[/b]
