禁用启动项

取消所有启动时需要加载的插件和其它的相关的在启动时执行的操作。设置Window --> Preferences --> General --> Startup and Shutdown -> plug-ins activated on startup 全部去掉勾选，可以缩短启动时间。

禁止检查自动更新

Window --> Preferences --> Install/Update --> Automatic Updates 去掉勾选即可，如下图所示：

禁用代码校验
