本文档详细介绍了如何解决thinkpad E431笔记本搭载BCM43142A0蓝牙模块的问题。通过升级到Linux kernel 3.18并使用特定固件，成功启用蓝牙功能。尽管遇到连接蓝牙音箱时的协议问题，但通过安装pulseaudio-module-bluetooth解决了声音播放问题。

翻看之前收集的链接的更新,搜到下面这个链接

里面提到kernel 3.18已经增加了对这个蓝牙的支持,但我用的Debian Jessie内核还是3.16,所以只能自己从https://www.kernel.org/下载对应版本编译安装.

3.18内核安装完成后,重启.

按上面链接的说法,我在出厂自带的Windows8系统C:\windows\system32\drivers 中找到两个BCM...hex文件,经过尝试,

BCM43142A0_001.001.011.0161.0174.hex 是对应的蓝牙功能固件,从sourceforge网站下载hex2hcd软件,编译完成后,执行

./hex2hcd BCM43142A0_001.001.011.0161.0174.hex BCM43142A0-04ca-2007.hcd

把生成的 BCM43142A0-04ca-2007.hcd 放到 /lib/firmware/brcm/ 中,再执行btusb模块的重新加载

#modprobe -r btusb

#modprobe btusb

这样,在gnome的蓝牙控制界面中就可以搜索到蓝牙设备,看起来还是相当好用的.只是发现连接蓝牙音箱的时候有问题,查看daemon.log,提示

a2dp-sink profile connect failed for 00:22:37:20:77:8A: Protocol not available

按下面这个链接试下,

安装 pulseaudio-module-bluetooth 后就可以播放了,可惜声音断断续续,不太能听啊

从broadCom官网查询看出 BCM43142:

WIFI是通过PCI接口接入到系统的,BT则是通过USB接口接入的,目前WIFI可以工作,BT则不行,

其中提到此芯片用的是windows蓝牙协议栈

此问题已经反应到内核BUG列表,已经证实,用户已经有反馈解决方法,虽然不是所有人都可行

刚刚安装了 bt-bcm43142-onereic,重命名,重新启动btusb,并没有成功
