sharepoint 2013 安装office web apps 2013 with sp1时提示没有安装microsoft.net framework 4.5

今天在window server 2012 R2操作系统服务器中，安装office web apps 2013 with sp1的时候，遇到一个问题：
setup is unable to proceed due to the following error(s).
this product requires microsoft.net framework 4.5.
correct the issue(s) listed above and re-run setup.

我们看到这个报错，第一感觉，应该是安装framework4.5，然后发现，安装完成之后，还是依然报这个错。想了很久，排查了很多方面的问题，最后发现原来是系统已经安装了framework 4.6.1的更新文件。

把这个卸载掉，然后再安装office web app 2013 with sp1，就能正常通过了。
