[Java] Win10 配置 maven时， cmd输入 mvn -v 出现EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION问题解决

问题描述

博主在win10 机子上配置maven时，正常配置完死活出现jvm 崩溃情况，Google和百度扫了下没啥对应的帖子，特此记录下。

先贴上hs_err_log信息
