Position: IT Engineer

Description:
l Provide service to end users including setup/ maintain / update workstation hardware/ software for user.
l Setup network infrastructure, such as Intranet, security system, in accordance with LAN/WAN TCP/IP, router, firewall knowledge.
l Plan, develop and operate network services and web application services, ensure system running smoothly.
l Assist and coordinate with the user community to improve and maintain administrative productivity with regard to solving highly technical PC and network problem for efficient us of those tools including data communications, telecommunications and relative hardware and software.
l Purchase IT equipment such as PC, network switch, PC options and so on.
l Handle and troubleshoot all IT related hardware, peripherals and software problems.
l Support on standard software like MS office
l Training the employees for kingdee ERP system.
l Combine with Nansha cabling project implementation
l Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
