PRVF-5636 : The DNS response time for an unreachable node exceeded

在安装Oracle11.2.0.2.0 Grid过程中遇到DNS响应时间超限错误，该问题出现在未配置DNS的LinuxAS5.3 64位系统上。即使计划不使用SCAN IP，仍需解决此DNS配置一致性问题。

Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 , Linux AS 5.3  64 bit

安装 Grid 之前的验证，发现这个错误，  如果暂时不使用scan ip ,  是否可以忽略。比较少搜索到这个错误的
一些报告，从报错信息大概是DNS没有配置OK ,  系统从一开始安装，我们就没有准备使用DNS,  所以没有配置。
