在通过EM Cloud Control 配置好了数据库云后，自助创建一个RAC one node(带数据)的数据库时，发生报错，参考库是单节点数据库(single instance),
查看log 是在Convert to RAC 的步骤出现错误如下，后来查看metalink发现10.2.0.4 ~ 11.2.0.3版本的数据库都有这个问题，是一个未发布的bug 。

SYMPTOMS

Case 1: When nodes name's specified in lower case in ConvertToRAC.xml file

Errors:

Index of localNode in HostItemlist=-1
oracle.sysman.assistants.rconfig.engine.InvalidConfigurationException: Node
that has single instance database running should be specified in the
NodeList. Please specify node NODE1 as part of NodeList.

Case 2: When nodes name's specified in upper case in ConvertToRAC.xml file

The cluster is not configured or is not running on node: NODE1

CHANGES
Single instance to RACone/RAC db conversion using rconfig

CAUSE
The issue is due to unpublished bug 10144394.

SOLUTION
The issue is fixed in 11.2.0.4 (not yet released at the time of this writing) and later versions

Work around:
Specify nodes in same case as they were entered during CRS install in ConvertToRAC.xml file.
