mysql error: Table “mysql”.“innodb_table_stats” not found

今天突然发现数据库，报如下错误

1. 2016-02-15 10:02:51 7f53d051a700 InnoDB: Error: Table "mysql"."innodb_table_stats" not found.
   
2. 2016-02-15 10:02:51 7f53d051a700 InnoDB: Error: Fetch of persistent statistics requested for table "shboc"."uum_userinfo_handle"
   
3. but the required system tables mysql.innodb_table_stats and mysql.innodb_index_stats are not present or have unexpected structure. Using transient stats instead.

解决办法：
Basically, these created for you when you directly install MySQL 5.6. Apparently, upgrading from MySQL 5.5 does not include making these 5 tables available when going to MySQL 5.6. Here are the scripts to make them:
