change the vip and eth0

in my vmware,I install the asm+rac on rhel5.
one day,I want to modify the public(ech0) and vip for the rac. and I do the follow step by step.

1、first,I stop the resource of crs
srvctl stop nodeapps -n rac1;
srvctl stop nodeapps -n rac2;

2、then I change the IP of eth0(the node may be reboot in this step)
3、I change the config of crs
a、oifcfg delif -global eth0

b、oifcfg setif –global eth0/192.168.92.0:public

c、srvctl modify nodeapps -n rac1 -A 192.168.92.200/255.255.255.0/eth0

4、after that,I think I have finish all the steps.but,see that:
srvctl start nodeapps -n rac1;
there have errors on vip.when I see the vip log,I found that:

The system is going down for reboot NOW!

It shows that I cann't ping 192.168.92.254 what is the gateway of eth0(I use nat method for the ethernet,and 192.168.92.254 is the gateway in my own machine)
indeed,I cann't not ping 192.168.92.254,is it the problem!
yes,I change the vmware gateway to 192.168.92.3 which is the ip of the net8 in my own machine.
now ,vmware linux can ping the 192.168.92.3
