oralce密码文件要注意SID的大小写问题

AIX Oracle 10.2.0.5 搭建物理Dataguard

已经搭建过很多次了，按照之前的经验搭建，restore database完成后，开始应用归档，日志报错

returning error ORA-16191

确认密码正确，密码文件也没什么后缀。并且全部重置过密码后故障依旧。

后来发现，Dataguard端的SID是大写，而密码文件名SID不分为小写，修改为大写后解决问题。
