oracle多次访问数据库，报错问题？？？？

报错信息：ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found

问题分析：我遇到的主要问题是数据库最大连接数导致的。也就是说连接数大于了默认值，所以就会报错

解决方案：

1、查询数据库当前进程的连接数

select count(*) from v$process;

2、修改最大连接数

alter system set processes=300 scope=spfile;

alter system set sessions=300 scope=spfile;

4、重启数据库
在命令行输入命令：sqlplus /nolog
                             conn sys / as sysdba
根据提示输入密码：
                             shutdown immediate;

                             startup;
