这里需要用ScrollView去承载图片，只有这样，当键盘弹起的时候，才不会向上挤压图片

然后textView监听键盘是否弹起，主要还是通过判断高度

text_content.getViewTreeObserver().addOnGlobalLayoutListener(new ViewTreeObserver.OnGlobalLayoutListener() {

    public void onGlobalLayout() {
        Rect r = new Rect();
        //获取当前界面可视部分
        getWindow().getDecorView().getWindowVisibleDisplayFrame(r);
        //获取屏幕的高度

        //此处就是用来获取键盘的高度的， 在键盘没有弹出的时候 为一个高度 键盘弹出的时候为
