One-Page Project Success Scoreboard

Key attributes of a useful scorecard:

1. A complete list of success criteria
2. A clear description of each of the criteria
3. Specific, measurable, and actionable targets for each criteria
4. The minimum acceptable level of each criterion
5. A prioritization of at least the top three most important criteria

This scorecard is updated at each major milestone with a status and estimation(ETC).
