Questions to Inspire

I used to nagging about what are the steps of doing a good job. Therefore, I also repeated the steps for my members all the time. Sadly but true, they usually didn't work.

Inspired by a book, I created a list of questions which I will ask in the morning for valuable resources. It turned out to be better than before.

I am on my way to be a great manager, :)
