Nexus can't find artifact that is in Maven Central(SNAPSHOT)

因为使用的是SNAPSHOT 所以需要将打开自动下载profile，这样对于新产生的SNAPSHOT版本，maven会自动下载，就不会出现SNAPSHOT不能自动下载的问题了。
