When you've downloaded resource hacker, open it(run as administrator).
Go to the location of WinRAR.exe(C:\Program Files\WinRAR).
Drag and drop WinRAR.exe into resource hacker
Go to Dialog
Find REMINDER
Right click of REMINDER and click delete resource
