苹果推出新拒审理由，指出开发者账号因涉嫌违反App Store Review Guidelines的开发者行为准则正在接受调查，期间将暂停所有应用的审核。此条款更严格，可能导致无限期等待。调查可能是针对单个App，而非整个账号，并且疑似采用机审查重。受调查App可能因代码复用被误判为套壳包。被调查App不受其他应用审核影响，调查时间不确定，无通知。正常通过调查后，App似乎不会被列为高风险审核对象，但苹果上架门槛提高，开发者需更注重产品质量。
