删除EM   
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
创建EM
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

Drop this dbconsole configuration and re-create it using the correct commands:

- To drop the dbconsole and the repository, use:

emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop -cluster 

- To re-configure for RAC setup, use:

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create -cluster
