DB AND OS

today,the db of 22 is unable to use,check the alert log ,find following error:

it's very queer,look the metalink and asttom,but no way to resolve the question,so discredit that's a error of os,and check the /var/log/message of the liunx os,find the error message:

this time is my db unable time,so send message to sa,after the sa replace the sics disk,my db started up.
