下面是我前几天面试成功的一段对话，你看对你有帮助没
Q:Would u pls give a introduction of yourself?
I graduated from SD University of Technogy in 2003 and joined iipc in the same year.During the 3years in iipc,I’ve been in 2 dep. And 3 positions,these positons are all about log.
IIPC recruited me as a Material cooadinator first.this positon’s central work containt is planning staging and wip inventory manuagement. It’s a joint between planner and manufatory and 3pl.
In november 04, I was promoted as a logistics technician.it’s MC’s leader.and the work containt is similar with MC,but MC’s work is focused on SAP, and technian is focused on opreation management , 3pl management.
And when IBM sold iipc to lenovo, lenovo made some adjustment to some deps.which contain log. most busness of my dep were taken over by 3pl, and most employee of my dep include me were transferred to DC. And I was as a assitant supervisor in there, IIPC’S DC has 2 fuctions,FG inventroy management and Distribution. AS’s work is maily about buisness magement,S is focused on human manegement. And in the mid of last year , lenovo decide to sold the busniess of DC to 3pl,it means wo have to leave iipc. And I leaved iipc before that decision come to truth..

Q:Tell me something about your strongpoint and wakeness.
I have quick reaction, good communicatin skills.I can get along well with all people around me.That’s my strongpoint.And the wakeness,I think sometimes I was too soft,I mean too kindhearted.and also I found that I’m a bit boastfully.That’s all.
Q:All right,can u tell me something about your favorite?
Ye, I’m a crazy football fan. I must tell that I’m different with most Chinese fans.I like Chinese football than Erope football. My favorite team is SD Luneng,In my mind,as a Chinese,if u r a AC fans or BARSA fans,u will never get such feeling when SD win CSL champion.even if AC win Italian league champion or Erope Championship.
Q:But most people believe that CSL played so ugly.
I donot care, I love SD team because that’s my hometown team.It’s sure that Italian football play much better than chinese’s,but it’s italian’s,not ours. That’s my viewpoint to this.
Q,Okay,now tell me why do u think u r suitble for this position.
As u know,I’ve worked in this company for 3 years.I’m very familiar with the processes and the backgroud of this company. And when I was a MC,u know that is a position that always keep close tough with PP.I’ve already had interest to PP’s positions then.even more,I’ve applied for this position then.but I got another promote chance,or I was not suitble for it then, I miss the chance.
As a summary, enough confidience,enough interest,these made me suitble for this positon. That’s all.
