本文强调方案变更不应频繁进行，并建议由操作员手动验证集群中所有节点可达性和环路正常，逐步使用CLI进行变更。

Schema changes should not be seen as something that can be done regularly. It should not be done programmatically. There should always be some operator looking at the cluster verifying that all nodes are reachable and ring is ok. And then issue schema changes one at a time using the cli. [@more@]
