在安装了PHPStudy并使用PHP7.2.9的环境中，遇到命令行运行php-v报错的问题。解决方法是将php.ini中的`track_errors=On`改为`track_errors=Off`。

 phpstudy安装的php7.2.9运行环境

安装完成以后命令行窗口里面执行php -v报错
