本文介绍如何通过执行CATALOG.SQL及CATPROC.SQL两个关键脚本来创建Oracle数据库中的数据字典视图、动态性能视图及公用同义词，并授予公共访问权限。CATALOG.SQL用于创建数据字典表和视图等，而CATPROC.SQL则负责运行所有与PL/SQL相关的脚本。

Run the scripts necessary to build views, synonyms, and PL/SQL packages:
CONNECT SYS/password AS SYSDBA
@/u01/oracle/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql
@/u01/oracle/rdbms/admin/catproc.sql
EXIT

The following table contains descriptions of the scripts:
CATALOG.SQL : Creates the views of the data dictionary tables, the dynamic
performance views, and public synonyms for many of the views.
Grants PUBLIC access to the synonyms.
CATPROC.SQL : Runs all scripts required for or used with PL/SQL.
