ORA-27102 O/S ERROR: (OS 1445)..... trouble shooting

-----windows 2003 64bit, 16GB memory,

---- oracle 10.2 32bit , (yes , but it is support to be 64bit )

when startup db ,encounter an error , following is exception of message.

ORA-27102
O/S ERROR: (OS 1445).....
-------------Action:

1, scale up the pagefile size . or

2, add more physical memory, or

3, close some other application which occupy large memory.
