KEY OBJECTIVE
1. Proliferate OracleÂ¡Â¯s sales and/or implementation Oracle BI solution to the Partner community
2. Maintain PartnerÂ¡Â¯s standards and quality from Oracle BI standpoint
3. In-depth knowledge of OracleÂ¡Â¯s BI in partner solutions
4. In-depth knowledge of OracleÂ¡Â¯s BI products
5. Experience in pre-sales or implementation in his/her previous line of work
6. Strong project management skill sets is highly preferred

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will be accountable for:
1. Up to speed on OracleÂ¡Â¯s BI solution and BI system design skills.
2. Kept well abreast have the industries based and best practices practiced by our competitors.
3. Impart Oracle BI products & solution trainings to Partners
4. Track Partners competency level and develop pro-active plans to improve Partners Oracle BI Implementation capabilities.
5. Strong project management skills.
6. Develop and manage KPIs in measuring Partners BI solutions and capabilities
7. Provide consultancy support on Oracle BI product where required
8. Work with Sales, Pre-sales, Consulting and Channels to develop effective training materials on BI

Relevant Experiences and Trainings:

1. Good degree in Computer Science. Any additional certification in the software space will be an advantage
2. Minimum of 5 year experience in IT industry
3. Excellent Oracle BI solution architecture and design skills. Has done trainings to large audience will be a bonus.
4. Familiar with Enterprise Data Warehouse Solution
5. Familiar with data modeling and one of BI tools (OBIEE, Cognos, BO)
6. Familiar with one of ETL tools (Informatica, MicroStrategy)
7. Understand and drive analytic requirements in to BI dashboard, report design.
8. Have DBA, PL/SQL, JSP development experience is a plus.
9. Demonstrable excellence at planning, organizing and co-coordinating
10. Demonstrable strategic thinking and managing execution to achieve goals
11. Results orientated and creative in approach to problem solving
12. Knowledge and experience of MS Office and other Internet technologies
13. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
14. Good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent negotiating skills
15. Energetic, Initiative, independent with good analytical skills.
16. Good oral and written communication in both Chinese and English
