mavn项目出现Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration错误

在弄个之前的mavn 项目，老是报 Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration: org.apache.felix:maven-scr-plugin:1.7.4:s错误，百度收索基本都是说在

 <plugins> 外部增加<pluginManagement>标签， 这样一个项目有几十上百个模块的话，要加死人啊，后来发现只需设置 

Windows-> preferences->mavn->erros/warning 的选项  把就行了Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration 选择ignore就行了。
