1) make sure the workforce and capex option are chosen when configuring planning

2) when creating the EPMA based workforce application, no need to choose other planning type, so only workforce choosn

3) choose create local dimenisons

4) before finish, got to validate, there are some members need to be add and properties set, like for Period dimension, need to add begBalance and YearTotal, and month and quarters; for Year dimension, need to add years; for members in Scenario, need to setup Start Year/End Year/Start Month/End Month, etc

5) after pass validation, click finish, it will run deployment and initialize

6) no specific step for initialize

7) a wrkforce essbase, and forms, rules, and other elements will be created
