项目使用了ARC，不用retian、release神马的都不用。编译器会自动添加。
具体的可以百度 ARC详解。

如果要关闭ARC，这个时候，可以将项目编译设置中的“Objectice-C Auto Reference Counteting”设为NO。如下所示。
