编译 cronet android 库时出现 Template collision【contains a template "split_static_library"】

该错误出现在执行 ./components/cronet/tools/cr_cronet.py gn --debug --out_dir=out/debug-Cronet 时，

使用的 chromium 仓库分支为 75.0.3770.100 ；需要在 v8 目录下将 v8 仓库的分支切换到 d1ee844

出现 Undefined identifier v8_use_snapshot 也是因为 v8 的分支不匹配 chromium 75.0.3770.100 导致的；

• gn.py: Could not find checkout in any parent of the current path
  该错误是仓库的根目录下（即 src 同级目录）不存在 .gclient 以及 .gclient_entries 导致的，完整的文件项如下：
