      最主要的人群是软件程序开发人员-特别是了解QT知识的人员,但是欢迎各类人员都欢迎参与进来.

   背景: 我们拥有很多充满创意的开发人员,但是他们不知道自己的哪些技能可以帮助他们使用MeeGo开发. 我们不能因为自己的疏忽而失去他们.还有更多的开发人员对MeeGo根本不熟悉.当这些人关注MeeGo的时候,我们就会去争取并保留住他们.从根本上来说,我们无法承受失去开发人员,同时我们需要争取到更多的开发人员.在过去,我写了一些帮助材料,这些材料帮助到了一些人, 坦率的说,还远远不够.我们付出更多的努力.

   做什么?
   一个成功的平台,和他的支持以及对开发人员技能的培养直接相关. 一个好平台如果没有开发人员的关注,也会被淘汰,但是一些不好的平台因为很好的吸引并保留住了开发人员而生存下来.
   我觉得我们的MEEGO以及相关的平台--QT, 需要这些良好的环境
   特别是,我们需要为开发人员提供培训,支持,和反馈系统
   用一个词代替就是:师徒带领
-帮助新开发人员确定自己的发展
-传授开发人员新的技术技巧
-通过社区,相互交流技术,共同发展简单的概述一下就是:我们不会让任何一个开发人员觉得无人关注,或有疑惑.
我们不能让有失去开发人员的情况发生.

   如何做?
   教程
-Wiki为基础-提供反馈和问题的论坛

   课程
- IRC
-修改课程中不太合适的材料和话题,比如"如何写交互UI"
-在课程完毕后,讲内容分类写入到教程中

   师徒关系:- A 'buddy' type system. Skilled developers offer to take on an eager trainee or two (or three or four) and 'show them the ropes'

It might be as simple as asking them how their project is going, and where they're getting stuck - from time to time - or as
difficult as actually pitching in and helping them hack. Not really a role I want to define in terms beyond something like a
'big geeky brother'.

If you're interested in helping out, please note the areas (tutorials, classes, mentoring) that you're willing to help out with - and a (very)
brief rundown on your skills.
